Shipping Policy
Production & Shipping Overview
All orders are processed and produced as part of the same workflow. Processing time is included within the production time, meaning there are no additional handling delays before manufacturing begins.
Custom-Made Car Mats
All RideMats car mats are made-to-order based on your vehicle specifications.
- Production (Processing Included): 3–5 business days
- Shipping Time: 6–15 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–20 business days
Each order is manufactured after purchase at our own production facility in China.
Non-Custom Products (Accessories)
Items such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and other accessories are not custom-made.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping Time: 6–10 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order.
Import Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped from our production facility in China. In most cases, no additional import duties or taxes apply to US orders. However, in rare cases, customs may apply a fee depending on your location and current import regulations. If this occurs, any such charge is the responsibility of the customer.
Working Days
All delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday, production will typically begin on the following Monday.
